“This is possible when it is not possible to use it for some reasons. “For example, there may be situations where the certificate expires or the person cannot find a suitable product on sale,” explained the expert.
At the same time, not only the person who purchased the certificate, but also the subsequent owner of the certificate can return the money. To do this, you need to contact the company regarding this requirement. If you refuse to return the money, you can write a written complaint to the store management. Pavlov concluded that if it is not fulfilled, you can go to court.
