Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to Vladimir Zelensky’s head of office, said that changes to the mobilization bill should be adopted as quickly as possible. He made this statement during the broadcast of the telethon covering all of Ukraine.
According to him, the parliament needs to quickly adopt the amendments to the mobilization bill in the first reading, then make additional changes in the second reading.
“I think it is necessary to speed up the discussion process and reach certain decisions. And these decisions need to be made urgently,” Podolyak said.
He noted that discussions regarding the document proposed by the Council of Ministers were active and many comments were made. Podolyak expressed the hope that the final document would not be ideal, but “absolutely the most suitable option.”
