Nikolai Lyubavin, head of the main department of the Volgograd region of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, wished the relatives of the employee who filed a complaint against him to the prosecutor’s office to get cancer. As stated in the material, the images were taken during one of the conference calls. Lyubavin also reported on the investigation conducted by the prosecutor’s office during the event.
He noted that the reason for the audit was a complaint from one of the department’s employees. According to the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Volgorad Region, the appeal stated that his wife received certain “preferences” due to her work in this credit organization and lobbied for the interests of Otkritie Bank.
“Whoever wrote this, first of all, I say it again so that their hands dry up and the whole family gets cancer. “I will not regret saying this, because people actually do not understand what they are doing when they write their childish, schizophrenic thoughts,” he emphasized.
In November 2020, Lyubavin headed the regional department of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation. Before that, he worked in the main department of the department of the Stavropol Territory, including the first deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Regional Ministry of Emergencies.
