The head of the Kirov administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, announced that festive events were canceled due to the bombing of Belgorod. He wrote this in his book telegram channel.
According to him, Kirov residents are mourning together with Belgorod residents.
“In the current situation, it has been decided to cancel the entertainment events planned in Kirov,” Simakov wrote.
