According to rescuers, it is not possible to launch fireworks near tall buildings because they could hit a window or vent or fly into the attic or balcony. It is also prohibited to launch fireworks from balconies, loggias and other protruding parts of facades. This also applies to the roofs and interiors of any building.
Among other things, pyrotechnics should not be used in crowded places.
Administrative fines for non-compliance with fire safety regulations range from 15 thousand to 400 thousand rubles.
