Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said in his evening speech on the Telegram channel that the 2024 military operation plan was presented to him.
In his video message, the Ukrainian leader said that he listened to the reports of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the General Staff and the Intelligence Service about “general military-political expectations” without disclosing their details.
“The action plan for 2024 has been presented,” Zelensky said, without mentioning any details.
