The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, wrote on his VKontakte page that the Zaimishche village Klintsy was bombed in the morning. It is 45 kilometers from the border with the Chernihiv region of Ukraine.
“Several houses were damaged. According to preliminary information, 4 people were injured. They are provided with comprehensive medical care. The operational services are working in place,” the governor wrote.
Although Bogomaz closed the comments under the post, local residents, through the people of Klintsov, urged him to visit the city and take care of everything on the spot. They are also angry that Klintsy officials have yet to react to what happened. One of the subscribers hopes that the administration will allocate “some kind of help for the restoration of houses.”

After the explosions, residents of the neighborhood photographed the smoke cloud rising from the houses. According to the Bryansk Gubernia news channel, electricity and water were cut off in apartments almost all over the city, windows of many houses were broken. Citizens also reported that traffic lights were not working on the streets.
Shortly after the bombardment of Klintsy, a Russian military helicopter Mi-28N “Night Hunter” was seen, local residents filmed it.
Retired lieutenant colonel Yevgeny Tishkovets, a native of the Bryansk region, an expert of the Phobos meteorological center, wrote on the Telegram channel that a military unit in the Bryansk region was also damaged and was extinguished by several firefighters.

Later, on the broadcast of the Solovyov Live channel, Yevgeny Tishkovets suggested the creation of partisan detachments to protect the Bryansk region.
“The Bryansk region is the land of partisan victory. Perhaps we should form partisan detachments from volunteers in the front line? I will be happy to lead one of them, I will recruit local people. We will carry out a clean-up operation in the front area so that no traces of the Banderaits are left. “Since that is the case, we need to equip these units with weapons and military equipment,” Tishkovets said.
About the situation in the city after the bombing of the “Moscow Speaks” radio station said local resident Ekaterina.
“They touched a part of the police and a residential complex, the fire department is already on the scene. There are few military personnel in the city, mostly soldiers. The weather in the city is tense, I would say a lot,” he said.

According to information received, the victims are being treated in the traumatology department in Klintsy, mostly with shrapnel wounds.
The authors of the channel also noted that there is no official confirmation that the woman’s leg was amputated. Some subscribers said they were just hurt, she said.
Sputnik Near Abroad, referring to the Ministry of Health of the Bryansk Region, reported that three women and a man received shrapnel wounds as a result of the bombing of the Bryansk village.
