The Ombudsman announced that the eldest child, a 12-year-old with serious spinal cord injuries, was delivered to the Children’s Regional Clinical Hospital in intensive care.

The Commissioner for the Rights of the Child claimed that the woman was in a psychologically depressed state.
“We always think that negative factors lead to these types of tragedies: a drinker or not. The shock is that everything was fine here, there was work. But we don’t take into account mental health. We have been living in a tense environment for several years. Every person should pay attention to his mental state. There are crisis centers in every city where you can get psychological help,” he said.
