- 150 grams of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 80 grams of fresh cheese from Aragon
- Salt
- freshly grated coconut
- Some chopped basil or tarragon
- 25 grams of white bread
- extra virgin olive oil
- Melt the butter.
- Beat the yolk and mix with the butter.
- Add the crumbled fresh cheese and season with salt, nutmeg and herbs.
- Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Grate the white bread and mix it with the cheese mass, without stopping mixing.
- Wait 30 minutes.
- Make the meatballs.
- Fry in a few pieces and plenty of oil.
