St. Petersburg police discovered a photocopy center where they print documents for illegal immigrants

The incident took place in the Kalininsky district of the city. Throughout 2023, law enforcement authorities refused to register foreigners for immigration due to the presence of incorrect information in the documents.

At the end of the year, some lists were checked and it was found that some immigrants were registered in other regions, although they presented the same documents, and also contained incorrect information.

According to law enforcement, foreigners purchased these documents from detainees who printed the documents at a photocopy center. When the papers were ready, the immigrants took them from the printing house. A package of documents costs customers five thousand rubles. In total, at least six people signed up for this program.

A criminal case was initiated regarding the incident. The suspects are currently in custody.
