“If you fall or get injured, try not to panic. Feel the injured areas. If you cannot stand up on your own, seek help and call an ambulance immediately. Apply cold, take painkillers. It is better to fix the damaged segment with improvised means. In case of severe injuries, it is better to immediately contact an orthopedic traumatologist,” the traumatologist concluded.
