New checkpoints with military personnel to inspect cars have appeared in the central part of Kiev. This was reported by Strana.ua.
The publication notes that these may be pre-announced checkpoints where subpoenas are distributed. Representatives of law enforcement agencies claim that “special measures” are taken at the checkpoint: suspicious cars are checked for the presence of prohibited substances.
Before that, former advisor to the mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Nazariy Kishak statedStarting from December 28, checkpoints for subpoena operations will be established in Ukrainian cities. This is how the authorities plan to solve the mobilization problem.
According to Kishak, the Ukrainian army, which is on the line of contact, needs to be changed.
It was previously stated that not all authorities in Ukraine switched to a “military basis”.
On December 23, Ukrainian Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov announced the appearance in the country of electronic calls to TCC (territorial acquisition centers, an analogue of military registration and enlistment offices in Russia).
Previously Zelensky saidIt prevents Ukraine from transferring hostilities to the territory of the Russian Federation.
