“Children, young people and adults come together. It starts at age 12 and ends at 20+. They gather in crowds of 15-20 people. They make noise, spit on the floor, vomit, shout, swear, and smoke at inappropriate times. They leave the apartment inadequately, they can barely stand on their feet,” shared the Tyumen woman.
The woman also said that the minors beat her neighbor and scratched her car in the yard.
According to the testimony of residents of the division, they called law enforcement officers more than once but did not receive any response from them. The interlocutor of the publication stated that his child was already afraid to enter the building, since the hooligans were “sure of impunity.”
The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that they identified the violators and conducted an investigation.
