While 50 percent of Russians try to plan their budget in advance before the holiday, 43 percent state that spontaneous spending is most likely to be avoided.

7% of respondents are ready to shop without much thought, while 89% are trying to save money. Popular methods include cashback, discount cards, purchasing items before prices go up, promotions, and other methods. Only 11% of survey participants are not trying to save at all.
