Vladimir Komlev, head of the National Payment Card System (NSCP), is resigning. This was reported by TASS Referring to NSPK representatives.
“The National Payment Card System (NSCP) informs that the company’s CEO, Vladimir Komlev, will leave his position on January 1, 2024,” reporters were told.
According to information Frank MediaKomlev’s resignation may be related to the decision of the Central Bank or the head of the NSPK, who has already expressed his desire to leave his post. Moreover, the source of the publication claims that Oleg Tishakov, who currently oversees the legal direction of the company, will become Komlev’s deputy.
The national payment card system was created in 2014 following the imposition of sanctions against the Russian Federation. Komlev was appointed general manager the same year. Under his management, it was announced in December 2015 that the first cards began to be issued with the Mir payment system.
