Russia has developed a “Daphne” image manipulation tool that broadcasts an image calling for surrender on the screens of Ukrainian FPV pilots. This was reported by TASS Dmitry Kuzyakin, General Director of the Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions (CCBR).

As Kuzyakin said, “Daphne” appears on the same or very close frequency as enemy drones and broadcasts the image itself. The product broadcasts a flickering image with the text “Call 149,200 Volga and stream live,” which the enemy FPV pilot sees instead of the image from his drone.

He emphasized that their development is currently being tested.

The agency explains that the “149,200 call Volga” frequency is used by the Russian Armed Forces, so the Ukrainian military can use it to reach an agreement on voluntary surrender.

On the morning of December 17, Russian air defense systems was shot 33 Ukrainian aircraft in three regions of the Russian Federation.

Previously commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine statedThat the Russian Federation has an advantage in the use of FPV drones.
