Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers discovered weapons hidden in incubators at a medical center in Gaza. Reported by this news outlet Yedioth Ahronoth.
It was announced in the broadcast that soldiers, together with General Security Service forces, carried out a large-scale operation at Kamal Awdan hospital in Jebaliya. This facility was used as a command center by the radical Hamas movement. It was reported that approximately 90 people were detained on suspicion of terrorist activities.
The detained hospital employees admitted during interrogation that they hid weapons in the incubators of the neonatal intensive care unit. Confidential documents and communications equipment were also found in the hospital.
