Artichoke Rice – Knowledge

- 300 grams of rice.
- 16 artichokes.
- 1 liter of chicken stock.
- 1 onion.
- 1 green pepper.
- 1 red pepper.
- The artichokes are cleaned and cut into quarters.
- We take a paella pan and fry the onion, red pepper and green pepper (chopped).
- Add the rice and artichokes and sauté them all together.
- Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
- It is rested for 5 more minutes and it is ready to serve.
