Artichoke Rice

  • 300 grams of rice.
  • 16 artichokes.
  • 1 liter of chicken stock.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 green pepper.
  • 1 red pepper.
  1. The artichokes are cleaned and cut into quarters.
  2. We take a paella pan and fry the onion, red pepper and green pepper (chopped).
  3. Add the rice and artichokes and sauté them all together.
  4. Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. It is rested for 5 more minutes and it is ready to serve.
