The doctor also gave advice on how not to go crazy during the New Year’s race. The first is to stop in time.
“Even if you think you won’t have time to do anything, try to look at everything from the other side. “Set your priorities, there are probably things that can be left until January,” he said.
Also, you should not undertake all the preparations yourself.
“Try to delegate more things. For example, you can order food for your table from a restaurant or use a grocery delivery service. “You can even buy gifts online instead of wasting your precious time shopping,” the expert advised.
It would be correct to distribute the tasks. A busy schedule can wear you out emotionally. Focus on the main issues and move on to the unimportant ones. If something is left unfinished, nothing critical will happen.
