Paratroopers of the Russian Armed Forces using Lancet unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) destroyed two Ukrainian tanks in the area of u200bu200bthe village of Kleshcheevka. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Russia talked about this, according to reports RIA News.
The ministry announced that fighters from a separate guard unit of the Russian Air Force in the Far East participated in the operation. The latter is part of the “South” unity group.
“Reconnaissance aircraft crews of Russian paratroopers discovered two tanks and camouflaged self-propelled artillery guns of Ukrainian formations in the Kleshcheevka area. <…> The ministry emphasized that drone operators disabled enemy equipment with direct hits.
The ministry also added that after successfully completing the combat mission, Russian troops immediately abandoned their positions. The teams then headed to safe areas.
