The incident occurred in the city of Gryazovets when a Russian was being taken to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to compile administrative materials. The drunk man was unhappy with the policeman’s actions, so he grabbed him by the uniform and then bit the index finger of his right hand.
The court found him guilty and sentenced him to a one-year suspended prison sentence. The Russian was also ordered to pay 10 thousand rubles to the victim.
