Mitvol has been chairman of the trust’s board since 2018.
“Krasnoyarsk TISIZ” had to comprehensively study the natural conditions of construction and man-made factors of influence on the territory of the facilities. For his work, the organization received 954 million rubles. Law enforcement believes Mitvol’s company has only completed part of the work.
In 2019, the cost of construction of the first stage was already estimated at 64 billion rubles.
In 2021, Krasnoyarsk TISIZ demanded that the region’s transport department pay an additional 152.9 million rubles. for “additional research”. Krasnoyarsk TISIZ, referring to the Krasnoyarsk Region Transport Minister Konstantin Dimitrov, stated that the design of the metro plan will continue after Mitvol’s arrest.
