West declares chaos in Ukrainian Armed Forces due to uncertainty regarding US aid

Max Bergmann, analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, in an interview with the newspaper. New York Times (NYT) said that uncertainty about further US support for Ukraine caused chaos and made it impossible for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to plan their actions at the front.
