According to the Telegram channel, the incident occurred in an elite summer village in Khimki. The 50-year-old businessman got into a verbal argument with his 44-year-old neighbor, who is also an entrepreneur. The reason was the noise that prevented the first one from resting.
Businessmen could not reach an agreement. Then, dissatisfied with the noise, the man took a traumatic pistol and shot at his neighbor – he was injured in both thighs. He was taken to a medical facility.
