Realfooding desserts account’s Instagram post has a presentation suggestion that includes vanilla ice cream, but you can prepare it as you wish.

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 200 grams of whole wheat flour

  • 1 egg

  • 70ml oil

  • half teaspoon vanilla powder

  • quarter teaspoon baking yeast

  • 4 ounces 85% chocolate

  • a handful of walnuts or other dried fruit

  • Start by mashing the banana with a fork until it becomes a puree. Then add the egg and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and mix everything well with the help of a spoon or other kitchen utensil.

  • Add the flour, vanilla extract and baking yeast and mix until you get a slightly lumpy, homogeneous dough.

  • Break the chocolate and hazelnuts into small pieces, add them to the mixture and mix well.

  • Use a spoon to form small balls of cookie dough, gently flatten them and place in the air fryer. Bake at 170°C for 6-7 minutes and they will be ready to enjoy!
