According to him, the bill provides for amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. First of all, we are talking about increasing penalties for operators who leak data. The amount of fines for legal entities may vary from 3 million to 15 million rubles, depending on the number of legal entities. In case of repeated “drainage”, a turnover penalty of 0.1% to 3% of calendar year income, but not more than 500 million rubles, is possible.
