This initiative “aims to improve the health needs of citizens” who are called up for military service or military training and who have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense. In addition, the initiative concerns Russians entering military professional organizations or military institutions of higher education, as well as citizens entering the mobilization manpower reserve.
