According to the proposal of the Ministry of Defense, it is necessary to change the “organization of medical examination” of Russians with diseases that “do not have a significant impact on the ability to perform the duties of the military service.” It takes into account the experience of a special military operation.”
This initiative “aims to improve the health needs of citizens” who are called up for military service or military training and who have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense. In addition, the initiative concerns Russians entering military professional organizations or military institutions of higher education, as well as citizens entering the mobilization manpower reserve.
