On November 25, two little girls attacked their peers at the entrance of a residential building in the village of Smirnykh. Everything happened in front of other young people, but they did not interfere with what was happening, they just filmed the incident on camera and laughed from behind the scenes.
The girl was dragged by her hair, thrown to the ground and kicked in the stomach. The victim suffered bruises, but no serious injuries were found. The attackers promised to repeat what they had done if the victim “appeared again”.
Police arrived at the scene and identified all those involved in the conflict.
The regional investigation committee organized a preliminary investigative check, and the Sakhalin region prosecutor’s office was also involved in the case. Based on the results of the audit, a decision on preventive measures and procedure will be taken.
