As stated in the relevant documents, the commander Vladimir Kondratyuk and three deputies – Alexander Nabok, Oleg Sakhon and Nikolai Nikolenko – were removed from their posts. At the same time, Vadim Gladkov was appointed as the new first deputy commander of the National Guard, and Alexander Belous and Alexey Osipenko were appointed as deputies.
