Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Russia did not send paid weapons to the republic. This was reported by TASS.

“As for the failure to provide weapons and equipment in exchange for payment, of course there are such problems,” the politician said.

According to him, negotiations are currently ongoing with the Russian side on mechanisms to solve these problems, and there are many options, such as reducing Armenia’s debt to the Russian Federation in return for the amount paid.

The Prime Minister added that Russia now needs weapons, so Yerevan hopes that the discussions will bear concrete fruit.
