Due to the closure of the Polish border in Ukraine, interruptions in fuel, medicine and food shipments began. This was reported by the Ukrainian publication “Strana”.

The publication’s material notes that many delivery services warn that previously agreed conditions are not valid at the moment and they cannot predict the delivery time of orders.

Delivery workers told the publication that Ukrainian residents have so far decided not to buy things in foreign online stores because of such uncertainty.

“But Ukrainian sellers also have less and less goods in their warehouses: trucks carrying goods were stuck in queues at the border, and no one trusted them. So the available varieties are literally decreasing day by day,” Strana points out.

Industrialists, pharmacists and gas station workers also complain about delivery disruptions, according to the publication.

November 18, Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andrey Demchenko statedIt was stated that 2.8 thousand trucks were stranded on the Polish border.
