Retired General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Sergei Krivonos said that thefts from Ukraine’s military budget will greatly affect the quality of AFU fighters. He stated this on the air of the Direct TV channel.
He noted that due to lack of funds, not all soldiers will be able to purchase winter equipment, which will lead to deterioration of combat effectiveness.
“At a certain point, someone was not given boots, warm underwear, gloves, hats, and this will reduce the quality of our troops,” he said.
