He also added that snow accumulations will form on the roads and the total amount of snow falling will reach up to 15 millimeters, which will exceed the snow levels in the north of the European part of the country. At the same time, the average air temperature is expected to be below zero, meaning “it will snow there”.
According to forecasts, similar weather conditions will also affect Voronezh, Kursk, Tambov, Lipetsk and Oryol regions.
