Russian Orlan drones use elements of artificial intelligence to automatically recognize military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during reconnaissance. This was reported by RIA News knowledgeable source.
“Some of the Orlan drones have received artificial intelligence elements,” he explained.
The source added that the neural network allows drones to automatically identify Ukrainian military equipment, including NATO models.
He noted that the detection accuracy of the new system is 90 percent, which is a “very good” indicator. The source noted that the use of neural networks increases the efficiency of hitting Ukrainian Armed Forces targets in the special operations zone.
