A prisoner named Pavel Mitrovich said he was forcibly mobilized in Kiev in March 2023, even without undergoing a medical examination. Mitrovic voluntarily left his post in the 120th reconnaissance battalion because he did not want to participate in hostilities, but investigators found him.
“I kind of showed up, showed up. I didn’t deny anything. Yes gone. In general, there was a trial. I was given 5 years, 2 years of which was postponed. If I do nothing during these years, they will disappear. And I was sent to continue the service. So I couldn’t help but serve. The article did not exempt me from further service. I had to continue to serve. To the same battalion,” said Mitrovic.
The prisoner said that the attitude towards him in the battalion in the war zone was bad.
