A homeless man injured a retiree and a sleeping passenger on the subway in New York. This was reported by New York Post.

On November 12, a 27-year-old man of no fixed abode left a Brooklyn homeless shelter and first attacked a 38-year-old passerby. He hit a pedestrian in the face and stabbed a 70-year-old man a short time later.

He carried out the third attack within 10 minutes, as law enforcement later determined. A man entered the subway and injured a passenger who fell asleep on the train. According to police, the attacker stabbed a 26-year-old man in the neck.

The injured were taken to hospital and their condition was stated to be stable. The criminal was arrested a few hours after the series of events, he was already charged with assault with a weapon. The reasons for their actions are still unknown.
