Ukraine plans to add red dye to diesel fuel for the country’s Armed Forces in a bid to combat resale and adulteration. This was reported by TASS.
It is stated that the paint will be bright red. Green dye will be used for gasoline.
“The marking makes it possible to detect and track fuel purchased exclusively for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and reduces the possibility of illegal sales. “In addition, the specified color will eliminate the possibility of abuse in the field regarding fuel mixtures,” he said.
