Moscow Presnensky Court fined opera singer Maria Maksakova (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) 30 thousand rubles for not marking a foreign agent in her posts on social networks. This situation has been reported with reference to the court. TASS.

“The court imposed a fine of 30 thousand rubles on Maksakova-Igenbergs MP under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production of materials by a foreign agent using the information and telecommunications network Internet, without indicating that these materials are produced by a foreign agent),” the court said.

The Ministry of Justice added Maksakova to the list of foreign agents in May 2023. Later, the singer left Russia.
