The USA has no money left to pay the Ukrainians

The United States no longer has the funds to continue direct budget support to Ukraine. This was stated by Erin McKee, deputy administrator of the Agency for International Development (USAID) for European and Eurasian Affairs, during a hearing in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
