“Today, no one counts how much alcohol in barrels “arrives” in bars, restaurants and cafes and how much is sold both in cafes and for retail,” the MP said.
He noted that there is no control over this situation yet. The deputy concluded that alcohol in bottles could be counted, but it was impossible to count in kegs.
