The main force for the development of any region is people. Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Head of the Government of Russia and Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation to the Far Eastern Federal District, announced this at the Information Marathon.
“If we talk about youth, this is the most active part of our country. This is our future. The fact that young people have started to flock to the Far East is a great development. The number of young people aged 20-24 is increasingly coming to the Far East. “This shows that the Far East will have a great future,” he said.
It is noted that over more than a decade of development of the macroregion, 75 federal laws and 450 laws of the Russian government have been adopted. They create special development conditions for the Far East.
“Thanks to these laws, instruments such as the Advanced Development Zone (ADT), the Vladivostok free port, the Far Eastern Hectare, a special administrative region, the mechanism for reducing energy tariffs and the United Far Eastern Airlines, the Far Eastern Mortgage appeared. . A separate preferential regime was created for the development of the Kuril Islands. The law on northern delivery was recently adopted. “A comprehensive system has been created to manage the development of the Far East,” he said.
In the last decade, more than 3 thousand investment projects have been implemented with state support, more than 700 new enterprises have become operational, 131 thousand jobs have been created, and investments worth 3.4 trillion rubles have come to the Far East.
According to Trutnev, the region is open to active young people. There you can achieve success by finding work in new businesses. At the same time, new development tools are being developed for the Far East.
“We never get the feeling that everything has already been done. There’s still a lot to be done. When we talk about accelerating development, we need to remember people first. The creator of the economy and the creator of development is human. “The development of the Far East is a strategic priority for the Russian Federation,” he concluded.
