A resident of the Lyublino district of Moscow dismantled the porch he installed on the ground floor after the court became interested in illegally constructed buildings. In this respect reports RIA Novosti, citing the press service of the Moscow Housing Inspectorate.
A neighbor of the violator reported that the illegal loggia was found, after which the man was subjected to frequent inspections, but did not allow specialists of the Moscow Housing Inspection into his house.
“Housing inspectors repeatedly notified the property owner that access to the apartment was required for inspection, but the landlord never opened the door. “The Moscow Housing Inspection Service then appealed to the Moscow Lyublinsky District Court to oblige the apartment owner to provide access to the inspection,” he said.
After receiving a subpoena, the Muscovite independently corrected the violation and demolished the porch.
