British Heart Foundation senior nurse Cindy Jodar said nausea, fatigue, sweating, back or jaw pain and shortness of breath could be symptoms of heart disease. In this respect reports Daily mail.

The doctor explained that the feeling of nausea and shortness of breath should not be ignored. These are common symptoms of many diseases, including heart disease. Another warning sign is experiencing fainting that is not caused by a stressful event. If these symptoms occur, it is recommended to be examined by a cardiologist as soon as possible.

Sweating that does not occur during physical activity should also be a concern. Hot flashes and excessive sweating may indicate a problem with the heart. General fatigue and discomfort in the neck, back and abdomen are also a reason to check your health. A person should also consult a doctor if he notices swelling in his legs and abdomen.

Sometimes you may notice that a smartwatch or fitness bracelet registers strange changes in your heart rate. In case of heart rhythm disturbances, a cardiologist should be consulted.

Jodar added that many of these symptoms may also be accompanied by pain or discomfort in the chest area. Even if the sensations are barely noticeable, it is recommended to consult a doctor as soon as possible and undergo an echocardiogram, stress tests and blood tests.
