Experts of the Ministry of Education of the Omsk Region and the Omsk Region Commissar for Children’s Rights are always in contact with children when visiting orphan organizations and conducting regular inspections of such institutions. Children in the Bolsheukovsky Children’s Home are always welcome, and previously in the children’s team this “There were no signs of the existence of such relationships. Psychologists at the family support center also regularly conduct diagnostics for psychological safety in children and adults. Based on the results in this childhood home, there were no previous signals,” Krott said.
According to him, the Ministry of Education of the Omsk Region has launched an investigation and aims to establish whether similar situations have occurred in the institution before. Krott also added that all participants in the bullying are under preventive registration.
“Monitoring the psychological safety of children in the institution will be carried out with the participation of psychologists from the family support center. We will also include social activists and public organizations in the audit. Moreover, the students had recently arrived at this childhood home and were already on preventive registration, including a suspended sentence for theft,” explained Krott.
Moreover, according to the acting headmaster of his childhood home, the main instigator of bullying towards his peer had previously shown aggression.
“The manager states that the girl, whose conviction was suspended and who was also the main instigator, was aggressive towards other children when she entered her childhood home, but now the situation has changed and the girl can be educated. Krott noted that he has recently been working to restore parental rights to the mother of his childhood home.
