The incident came to light when the 6-year-old child told the details to his parents. He stated that the teacher forced him to eat bread from the trash can, and then the child vomited. Meanwhile the rest of the kids laughed.
The mother then watched the CCTV video, which all parents have access to. The recording shows how a teacher wearing rubber gloves gives the child bread and makes him sit at the table.
The kindergarten stated that they were conducting a service-pedagogical investigation into the incident. Regional Investigation Committee Office also executes check.
