State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev put forward a proposal to ban displaced people from working in the civil service. This was reported by RIA News.

“It’s time to think about additional responsibility” for repatriates who criticize Russia while abroad, parliamentarians say.

“For these purposes, it is necessary to determine the reasons why a person left his homeland, his political motives and further connections with Western officials and intelligence services. If this is confirmed, the person should be legally denied the right to apply for any government position with “unsuitable” status, Khamzaev said.

According to him, now legally no one will check the replacements “retroactively”, their performances will only remain in people’s memory. As the lawmaker noted, such citizens “may want to return to some government positions, work in the civil service or in state companies.” He believes this should not be allowed.

The other day, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin offered To control relocators who financed the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) under the article of the Criminal Code on treason and now want to return to the Russian Federation.

Formerly Governor of Magadan Region denied Accept “departers and traitors” into the region.
