Employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia stopped the activities of a resident of the Primorsky Territory who was spying on behalf of Ukraine; was arrested. A representative of the regional department of the FSB of the Russian Federation reported this RIA News.

According to the FSB of the Russian Federation, the man, acting on instructions from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, collected and transmitted information about military infrastructure facilities in the Russian region.

At the same time, a resident of Primorye admitted that the interlocutor was aware of the possibility of using such information against the security of the Russian Federation, including through attacks.

A criminal case was initiated against the suspect in accordance with Article 6. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – “treason”, he was detained and detained.
