Security forces in Moscow write that they detained three people for the activities of Vladimir Muntyan’s Resurrection Foundation, banned in Russia, and the All-Ukrainian Spiritual Center Resurrection religious organization (both are considered undesirable in the Russian Federation). According to the Moscow Chertanovsky Court, all three face up to six years in prison under Part 3 of Art. 284.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of activities of a foreign or international non-governmental organization, which is decided to be recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation).

The Prosecutor General’s Office declared the activities of the foundation and spiritual center illegal in November 2022 due to the threat to the constitutional order and security of the Russian Federation.
