The criminal case against Russian soldier Alan Boriev, accused of treason, will be considered by the Southern District Military Court. This situation was reported to law enforcement TASS.
Alan Boriev, born in 1998, is accused of committing a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (treason). He could be sentenced to life imprisonment.
The case was sent to the Southern Regional Military Court for further examination on the merits.
Details of the serious crime committed by the soldier were not disclosed. The case will be evaluated behind closed doors, without access to the press and the public, as it contains materials with “confidential” status.
