On Tuesday, the Khamovnichesky Court in Moscow will begin hearing the grand theft case of Anatoly Chubais, the former head of the Rusnano company. This was reported by RIA Newsciting information received from the court.
The hearing will start at 14.00.
For the second time, the Khamovnichesky Court will consider the case of the theft of 70 million rubles from Chubais. Previously, this case was transferred to another court, but later it was returned to the Khamovnichesky Court.
The criminal case was initiated in 2016. The case involves Ilya Suchkov, former chairman of the board of directors of the Management Company Rusnano LLC, former member of the political council of the People’s Freedom Party Musa Sadaev, two security guards Anton Polyakov and Alexey Ulyakhin.
